The 70-plus-acre property also features multiple cross-country jumps and trails. Leasing not only gives you access to the barns, but to the trails and other equestrian amenities.
Short and long-term leases are available. The facilities are ideal for equestrians traveling to the renown Tryon facility, or for those moving to the beautiful Upstate of South Carolina.

The estate is about 40 minutes from the Tryon International Equestrian Center. For those traveling to events along the East Coast, Simpsonville is about six hours from Lexington, Ky., and about 10 hours to Wellington, Fla.
